Linnea Tangorra, Owner

Linnea Tangorra, owner of Tangorra Wedding Planning, has a degree in Business Marketing and has worked in the advertising and event planning industry for thirteen years. In 2003, after planning several events and weddings, she combined her professionalism and experience in business and her passion for wedding consulting to create Tangorra Wedding Planning. Linnea has been professionally trained through the Association of Bridal Consultants and has worked with some of the finest providers and vendors in the industry.

Amanda McCarthy

Amanda McCarthy, senior wedding planner, comes with 12 years of wedding and event experience and a degree in Hospitality Management from Syracuse University. Having worked in the suburbs and Downtown Boston, she has experience with a wide range of venues and styles. Amanda believes that no matter what the event, a smile and attention to detail are the keys to success. Building strong relationships with her clients is something she prides herself on. Her goal is to make the planning process and your wedding day as smooth and stress-free as possible, and hopefully with some laughs too!

Paige Plourde

Paige Plourde, senior/associate wedding planner, has a degree in Business Marketing from Stonehill College and has worked for over a decade in the wedding and event industry.  Prior to joining the Tangorra Wedding Planning team, Paige worked as an event manager at a leading Boston venue as well as a consultant for New England’s architectural and interior design community.  Her positive, creative, and calm demeanor allows her to thrive in the event planning industry and bring to life clients’ dreams for the perfect, one-of-a-kind wedding day and experience.  Paige believes that planning your event should not be filled with hassle or anxiety, but rather the client should enjoy the process and have fun along the way!

Cortney Hurley

Cortney Hurley, associate wedding planner, has a degree in Hospitality Management from Endicott College.  She has over a decade of experience planning and facilitating weddings and special events at Boston’s premier hotel prior to joining the Tangorra Wedding Planning team.  Cortney’s knowledge, expertise and calm demeanor allow her to execute each clients wedding flawlessly.  She enjoys getting to know each client personally and creating a day beyond their dreams!

Tracy Kelly

Tracy Kelly, senior wedding planner, has worked in the event and hospitality industry since 2000.  Prior to joining Tangorra Wedding Planning, Tracy cultivated a career as a catering sales manager with some of Boston's finest hotels.  There she successfully managed a variety of different events while building strong relationships with many of the area's top wedding and event professionals.   With experience in social, corporate and non-profit events, Tracy sees each event as a unique opportunity to design the experience of a lifetime.
